Day-Of Coordination

• A first, free and non-binding meeting (in person or online) where we discuss your wedding and your wishes

• Unlimited amount of my working hours to help you with last-minute details, questions and doubts. I will also contact every vendor and double-check their involvement in your wedding.

• Creating the timeline of your wedding day (this can then be shared with family members and vendors) ​

​

• A second meeting (preferably in person) where we go through all the details and the timeline of your wedding. 

​

• Set-up before the wedding: I will be present on the evening and/or the morning before the wedding to coordinate all the vendors (florist, stylist, catering, venue, etc)

​

• Day-of coordination: I will make sure that your special day goes smoothly and you don't have to worry about anything but enjoying yourselves!
